3 Moons Self-Care, LLC Return Policy

  • All energy products (smudges and aura water) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • All other products are final sale unless they are defective. Defective items are considered but not limited to: crushed/cracked/shattered upon arrival, short-dated, corroded, molded, or expired. We do not accept returns on items that caused an allergic reaction.

For defective/damaged merchandise reported *within* 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If reported after 30 days, an exchange can be granted, only.

How to report a defective/damaged item

    • Online purchase: Send a photo to (threemoonsxco@gmail.com) with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment 5-7 days from purchase.
    • Order pick-up purchase: Send a photo to (threemoonsxco@gmail.com) with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment 5-7 days from purchase.
    • Event purchases: All SALES ARE FINAL. We will not issue a refund. We are more than happy with sending a replacement item free of charge.

Pickup Instructions

When you arrive, please text/call 484-274-5423 to confirm your arrival and the vehicle that you are in. You do not have to exit your vehicle as I will hand deliver your purchase to you.

24-hour Cancellation policy

This exchange is very important to me. I created this product just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule a pick-up, that you provide me with a 24-hour notice. This can be done via text (484-274-5423) or email (threemoonsxco@gmail.com). If a last minute cancellation or no show happens, I will refund your purchase and you will not be allowed to shop with me again.

Late/Tardy Policy

If you are running behind schedule, please contact me immediately at 484-274-5423. I will try my best to accommodate you based on how long the wait is. Anything over 20 minutes, will result in a cancelation. You will have the option to reschedule or have your order shipped.
